The best olive oil for cooking and pairing with the Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Condimento. I have found that this oil simmers perfectly for cooking on the stove top. I use this particular oil daily for making steaks, chicken, fish, pasta, and vegetables. It is also a great pairing for salads.

I have used this on several salads as well as chicken and beef. Paired with the Neapolitan Vinegar it provides a great flavor without the heavy tartness of a plain balsamic vinegar you by at a chain store.
